Discover CrossFit 1010

Established in 2018, catering for smaller class sizes, wall mounted rigs with their own Squat Stands, Pull Up bars & allocated cardio Machine. We use Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medballs, Skipping Ropes, Gymnastic Rings, Tyres & Various other pieces of equipment to ensure your workouts are always constantly varied, high intensity functional fitness.

Most people who make resolutions to get fit or live a healthier lifestyle don’t follow through on their commitment. They can pay the gym membership, wear the right clothes, follow the right instagramers or listen to ‘Eye Of The Tiger’ on repeat, but without this ONE vital ingredient they will fail. To truly follow through on achieving our goals we need coaches and friends to guide, motivate and support us. Without it, people don’t stay accountable to the journey and they give up. Meet The CrossFit 1010 Team

Aaron

Head Coach

Aaron is a passionate full time coach, he started his coaching Career at CrossFit Mount Eliza, which then extended to coach at CrossFit Hastings before accepting the head coach position at CrossFit 1010.

Over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, starting in the UK with a Diploma in Fitness with Cert 3.

First introduction to CrossFit was in 2012.

Owner/Coach

Candice has coached in London & Melbourne. Passionate about empowering people to feel good, move well and live an independent life well into their senior years.
