At CrossFit 1010, we pride ourselves on the quality of our coaches and our supportive community.

Maintaining smaller class sizes to ensure all members get the attention they need to develop.

We bring families together in fitness, creating a community where we inspire people to be the best humans they can be.

We offer daily CrossFit workouts for Adults, Teens & Kids (starting age 3)

CrossFit Workouts…

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At CrossFit 1010 you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, ropes, rings & more plus tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts are scalable, meaning a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in loads and intensity. CrossFit classes will deliver fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport specific training

Community…

You will not suddenly be stronger or faster when in the presence of others, but you are more likely to exert more effort than when not. When you surround yourself with friends and likeminded individuals who encourage, motivate and hold you accountable to achieving your personal goals, you work harder. Many people, while never imagining themselves working out in a group (much less enjoying it) have experienced a complete shift in the idea of it as a result of CrossFit.

CrossFit is designed to be scaled. This makes it perfect for anyone who is committed and willing to take the time to work towards increasing their level of fitness. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level or experience is. Not everyone begins as an athlete. Many people begin their fitness journey with CrossFit, having had little to no prior experience. By consistently working out and following the programmes they achieve their fitness and health goals. If you think to yourself, “I’ll never be able to do that”, think again, you can and will. Don’t let what you think you can’t do stop you, come in, and we’ll help you learn what you can do.

defined as ‘performing the common, uncommonly well’. we believe the movement is more important than the score & health is more than numbers. This high level of expectation is what we consider different about ourselves. We choose to work hard in the name of improved performance & the pursuit of health, holding that standard FOR our athletes & our coaches as well. we recognise effort. We work hard. We are CrossFit.
