We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes must be reserved online see below schedule, please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, we operate a waiting list system.

6am, 7am, 09:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
8am - 9am
High intensity functional fitness class, for all abilities, beginner to intermediate. CrossFit class consisting of a warm up, a skill or strength component, followed by a workout and ending with a cool down finisher or stretch.
High intensity functional fitness class, for kids beginner to intermediate. CrossFit class consisting of a more fun focused workout for the younger kids and a more skilled strength based focus for the Teens, ending with a game or mobility work.
This is a boot camp style class, with a 10-15 minute warm up, followed by an intense 45 minutes of high repetition lower weight exercises, expect less barbell and more body weight.
